The Lowrey family has farmed this land for five generations. They currently operate a 35-acre vineyard that produces craft wine grape varietals for customer wineries in the area. Lowrey wine grapes have supplied some of Canada’s most prestigious wines by accomplished winemakers & garnered many awards. Current generations, Howard & his son Wes, tend to the vineyard with a focus on achieving the most characteristic & complex examples that their varietals can produce. Every vintage, Wes selects a few rows of each varietal for use in crafting his Five Rows portfolio. It is these wines that are considered a very rare find! Fiona Muckle’s father, Tom founded what would become Thirty Bench Winery in 1980 when they took over the property near Beamsville overlooking Lake Ontario. At first it was mostly planted with fruit trees but Tom had a vision to grow vinifera grapes, especially Riesling, & soon they were selling to Cave Spring & Andres, the latter being the company that became Andrew Peller Limited, which bought Thirty Bench in 2002. Thirty Bench’s winemaker Emma Garner's approach to winemaking, which is based on allowing the vineyard to express its own voice by making wine with minimal intervention, has caught the attention of the Canadian wine community. In 2015 she was awarded the coveted distinction of Winemaker of the Year at the Ontario Wine Awards.

John & Trish Skinner believed that the Okanagan Valley had enormous, largely unrealized, potential. While the area was long known for producing some of the world’s finest fruit, it was the wines produced from the 1980’s “Vinifera Program” (where vineyards were paid to remove high producing, inferior hybrids & plant vinifera) that convinced the Skinner’s that the Okanagan would one day be an internationally recognized wine region. John knew that if they wanted to be involved, & make an impact, they had to move quickly. The goal was simple: find the best property & apply the most aggressive mandate for quality. Their extensive search took nearly three years & ended when they found “The Black Hawk”, a spectacular 56 acre bench on Skaha Lake in Penticton. In 2004 they purchased what was once “the largest apricot orchard in the British Commonwealth”. Painted Rock was named when 500 year old native pictographs were discovered at the back of the property. Painted Rock wines are some BC's best & most exclusive wines available.

Ridge Vineyards is a resurrection of the Perrone Ranch Vineyards from the 1800's - rebranded in the 1940's as Montebello & again as Ridge in 1969 when a philosopher named Paul Draper joined the winery. Draper was simplistic but had a knack for producing fine wines with substance. Considered the grandfather of red zinfandel he has pioneered a succession of renowned winemakers under his tutelage. Named 'Winemaker of the Year' by Wine Spectator in 2000.

Leviathan was founded in 2004 by winemaker Andy Erickson, former winemaker of Screaming Eagle Winery. The resulting bottling, was born of a passion for blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot & Cabernet Franc, to create a full bodied wine with a character all of its own. Winning the Qantas Young Winemaker of the Year title in 2004, aged just 26, Ben Glaetzer did not take long to make his mark on the Australian wine scene. The first Glaetzers settled in the Barossa Valley in 1888 after emigrating from Brandenburg, Germany, bringing with them a passion for winemaking. Over a century later, winemaking patriarch Colin Glaetzer established Glaetzer Wines.
