Sommelier David Foran and Winemaker Dean Stoyko from Stratus Vineyards join us and pair beautifully crafted Niagara wines with Chef Greg’s locally sourced ingredients from our area farms. Objective number one at Stratus is to make super premium wine. Everything else we do, it still starts there.
